this thing has been driving me nuts. sending multiple text messages, random phone calls, SHORT BATTERY LIFE. ugh. i hate it. so i ask the question, should i switch to an iPhone, Android or get a better blackberry.

I have AT@T. AT@T blows, so that turns me off from the iPhone. Ive heard the droid is a mixed bag, as well as Blackberry. Plain and simple... smart phones arent all they are cracked up to be, but Ive never used one, so what the fuck do I know?

Yeah, if you're down on short battery life don't get an iPhone.

Well I've had my iPhone for 3 years now. Before that I went through over 16 phones. It's perfect for me, but as it was mentioned earlier, the battery life isn't very good.

Im all about Android. I have the Droid Eris through Verizon Wireless and I am in love with it. Its pretty much my portable computer. Hell I post on this forum daily through it. Havent had any problems besides the battery. But what can you expect, I surf the web and am listening to music off it a lot. It usually gets very low on battery around 11pm every night which is fine for me.
I really like the Droid Eris because it was only 50 bucks on a 2 year contract unlike most smart phones.
If you have Verizon I would say go with the Droid Incredible. If you have Sprint go with the Evo 4G. If you have T Mobile or AT@T go with the Nexus One. All awesome phones...
