The rules are as follows (via BrosIcingBros.com):
* Buy Smirnoff ice, present it to one of your bro’s in any manner, your bro must instantly get on one knee and chug the Smirnoff ice on the spot regardless of setting
* You cannot refuse an ice. If you refuse to drink the ice you are instantly excommunicated and shunned, and thus can never ice another bro or be iced
* If you are iced by a fellow bro you can ice block. When presented w/ an ice, you pull out an ice of your own and reverse the ice on your bro. The ultimate ice insult
We realize that a lot of you assume we drink at work all the time, but that wasn’t true until we started playing Bros Icing Bros. Here are some highlights:
* Jake quit the game after being iced three times in the same day
* Yesterday Murph had to chug two Ices within 5 minutes for a combo ice block and ice
* Today I (Kevin) switched Owen’s Ice out to Ice him, only to be Ice blocked by another ice he had taped to his ankle
It went from fun drinking game to strategic war quickly. At this point, no one goes anywhere without carrying an Ice.
its apparently really blowing up lately too, i found a bunch of articles about it

and in another one i found...
Last week, the game reached a kind of social media pinnacle as video emerged of Mark Zuckerberg, a Facebook founder, delivering a warm Smirnoff Ice to a colleague during a birthday celebration. Less successfully, Buzz Aldrin, the former astronaut, and Nick Denton, the founder of Gawker Media, were recently captured on camera refusing to participate.
LMAO buzz aldrin = bro hater
and brosicingbros.com was shut down 2 days ago, but they opened a new site...but apparently like the parent company of smirinoff is trying to shut down any kind of media relating to the game citing a misuse/marketing of the brand, which is bullshit...theyre just pissed they cant make any bills off the only reason anyone would ever purchase a smirinoff ice
